Ramon was the greatest server at the Palenque Grill. Very attentive to refilling our drinks and recommendation for plates. He recommended the Enchiladas Callejeras and he was right they were absolutely delicious. Very good fill and with so much flavor.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at Palenques in La Plaza, and everything was phenomenal—the music, the ambiance, the service, the food, the timing, and even the temperature of the dishes. Our server, Jesus, made the experience truly exceptional. His professionalism and courtesy went far beyond expectations. He was attentive, kind, and made us feel genuinely cared for—almost like we were family. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and Jesus exemplified it perfectly. Palenques should be proud to have someone like him representing their team. We’ll definitely be returning soon.
First time ever eating here and it's definitely not Your 'regular' Mexican place. Great food at reasonable prices. Ordered the classic parrillada. Substituted mollejas and they were delicious.Service is excellent, shout out to OSIRIS. Will definitely return and get something 'different'.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Review Every time I visit Palenque Grill, I always ask to sit in Eduardo’s section (we call him Lalo) because he is truly the BEST waiter there. From the moment you sit down, Eduardo is welcoming, friendly, and so attentive. He checks on us regularly without ever being intrusive, always makes sure our drinks are refilled, and goes out of his way to be helpful and kind. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes real pride in his work. He remembers faces, gives great menu recommendations, and treats everyone with respect and warmth. Because of Eduardo, Palenque Grill has become one of my favorite places to eat — the service he gives is consistently amazing every single time. If you visit, definitely ask for Eduardo (Lalo). Hands down the best waiter I’ve had anywhere. He truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides!
We took our Godson to celebrate his birthday this evening, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was great, and the service was excellent. Fernando was prompt, kind and attentive. In fact, there wasn’t a worker there that was not nice. Will definitely visit again.

This is our new favorite place. We have been here several times and its always delicious. We have ordered their specialty lemonades, cucumber, Jamaica and guava, and they are so refreshing. This last time I had Puntas de bistec and my husband had Enmoladas. The staff is so courteous and attentive. This is a wonderful space for family meals and celebrations.
